Arcane offers private consultation for those looking for more unique pieces. We can work with your designer or offer our own services to find the right crystal for your space.

What do the design services include?
A member of our team will either do an in-person consultation if you are located in Central Oregon or meet with you virtually if you are located outside of the area. They will work closely with you to determine the crystal or crystals that will work best in your space.
What is the cost of design consultation services?
Design Consultation services are $100/hr
Why would I utilize design consultation vs coming into the shop?
Most clients find what they are looking for in the shop. Some clients are looking for more specialized crystals or ones that are at a higher price point. Most often people that use this service are looking for unique pieces that range from $5,000-$50,000.
Other clients are already working with a designer and chose to use our services in conjunction with their current designer.
How do I receive my piece once we’ve selected it?
Often times clients have a delivery service they have used in the past for gallery pieces and would like to use them for the piece they select through us. We are happy to help coordinate delivery if needed. This is an additional fee and will be determined once you select your custom piece.
